Each work is individually produced to order with great care. If there is a production or material defect, or if your order arrives damaged, the WhiteWall Customer Satisfaction Guarantee applies.

In these cases, a complimentary replacement or refund may be arranged. Please report the issue promptly after delivery and keep the work in its original condition.

Because each product is made specifically to order, returns based solely on personal preference or choice of motif are excluded. The guarantee applies to production quality, materials, and workmanship.
