Cancellation Policy – Original Artworks

The works offered as one-of-a-kind pieces are original, unique artworks, each of which exists only once.

There is no statutory right of cancellation for these works.
The exclusion of the right of cancellation results from the uniqueness of the artwork and its non-reproducible nature.

Of course, warranty rights apply in the event of shipping damage or verifiable defects that existed before shipment.
Each original artwork is carefully inspected and documented before shipping.

Purchasing an original artwork is a conscious decision to acquire a unique work.
